All applications must be approved by the Arts and Music committee. Submitting your application does not mean that you are approved.
Schedule & Timing:
The event will run August 8th and 9th from 9am to 4pm both days.
- Food vendors must stay on site and fully operational for the whole day. If you sell out, you must not try to move your stand/truck until the event has closed for the day.
Food Vendor Locations:
- Most food vendor sites are situated in uncovered outdoor locations.
- Tent stakes are not permitted, please use weights instead.
- Site visits will be available by appointment only.
Food Vendor Code of Conduct:
Arts & Music in the Gardens at the Horticulture Centre of the Pacific is dedicated to providing a safe and harassment-free environment for all guests, vendors, volunteers, and staff. This means that we will not tolerate harassment or abuse of guests, vendors, volunteers, or staff in any form. Anyone who fails to comply may be asked to leave by our staff.
All Food Vendors Must:
- Use polite and professional language when informing us of any conflict or issues.
- Abide by assigned move-in and move-out times.
- Comply with staff and volunteer instructions.
By submitting your application, you agree to the above and understand that failure to comply may result in being asked to leave the event and/or being denied space at future events.
