Refund Policy: If you need to cancel your registration please notify PHC as soon as possible so the space can be offered to another participant. Note that cancellations less than 7 days prior to the course will not be eligible for a refund. However, PHC will offer a credit to the next available course. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the course will not be entitled to a refund or a credit. Participants who do not show up for the course and/or exam will also not be entitled to a refund or a credit. Note: The above refund policy also applies to the course textbooks, as the books are ordered specifically for the number of participants registered in a class.
